Leak detection & repair

A damp patch on a wall is rarely where the leak is. We trace it back to the actual joint or run rather than opening the nearest tile, repair it, and pressure-test before anything gets closed up. If a section of pipe has failed because the whole run is tired, we will tell you that honestly rather than patching it and waiting for the next call.

Geysers & solar

No hot water is usually an element or a thermostat, not a dead geyser — and those are a fraction of the cost. We check before we quote. Where the tank itself has gone, we replace it properly with the correct valves and a working overflow. With power costs where they are, we also install solar geysers sized to how much hot water your household actually uses rather than to the biggest unit on the shelf.

Tanks, stands & pumps

Municipal supply in most of Harare is not something you can plan around, so storage and pressure are what keep a house working. We install JoJo tanks and stands, plumb them into the house properly with the right non-return valves, and size booster pumps so you get real pressure upstairs instead of a trickle. We also connect borehole supply into existing household plumbing.

Bathrooms & kitchens

The parts of a bathroom that fail are the parts you cannot see afterwards: waterproofing, falls to the drain, and the joints behind the tiles. We get those right first and then finish the visible work to match. You get a written scope with the fittings listed by name, so nothing gets quietly substituted for something cheaper on installation day.

New construction

We work with builders and owner-builders on new stands and extensions — setting out and installing first fix before the slab and walls close up, then returning for second fix once tiling and joinery are done. Everything is set out to the plan and pressure-tested at first fix, because that is the only point at which fixing it is cheap.

Commercial plumbing

Commercial work is judged on disruption as much as on workmanship.
